Detox is vital for maintaining optimal health and well-being. In today's world, we are constantly exposed to a multitude of toxins through our environment, food, and lifestyle choices.

These toxins can accumulate in our bodies over time, leading to various health issues, including digestive problems, hormonal imbalances, and fatigue.

Even though your body has a built-in detox system, it needs certain nutrients to function correctly.

The Detoxify & Thrive method is designed to help your body rid itself of these accumulated toxins, resulting in more balanced hormones, a happier gut, and improved metabolism.

Detoxify & Thrive is a 5-week group coaching program for women.


Using science-backed methods to optimize your natural detoxification system, Detoxify & Thrive is designed to help you balance your hormones and gut health.



Each week, you will learn about a new health topic related to detoxification, including gut health, the nervous system, and hormone balance. Additionally, we will do a 3-week, gentle detox as a group.


We meet weekly on a live group call via Zoom. Once enrolled, all of your additional program materials are available on Teachable and are yours to download.


Program layout:

  • Weekly live Zoom calls (1 hr)

Week 1: Onboarding: learn how detox works & build your detox plan

Week 2: (the detox begins) Digestion & Microbiome: support your gut so it can get toxins out

Week 3: Nervous system & sleep: rewire your nervous system & bring balance to your body and mind

Week 4: Hormones: help your body detox hormones and harness the power of your cycle to feel your best all month long

Week 5: (the detox ends) Toxins: How to navigate living in a toxic world

(calls will be recorded and added to your teachable school for those who can't attend live.)

Meet Your Instructor

Hi, I'm Hannah.

I'm a mom, functional nutritionist, and outdoor enthusiast.

I'm a certified FNTP (Functional Nutritional Therapy practitioner) and earned my Master's in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine from the University of Western States in 2020.

While in graduate school, I studied under renowned experts in detoxification, gut health, and hormones, including Dr. Deanna Minich, Dr. Bryan Walsh, and Dr. Jason Hawrelak.

I've been coaching clients since 2016 and am passionate about gut health, women's health, and detox.

I'm honored to be a part of your wellness journey.

FAQs

Q: Does this program require detox supplements, teas, etc?

A: No. You will be using the power of whole foods to help support your detox pathways. However, I provide a list of food/herb-based supplements that support detox; you can use them if you like.


Q: Do I have to give up alcohol?

A: Yes. It is recommended that you avoid alcohol for the three weeks of detox.


Q: Do I have to give up sugar?

A: While it is recommended that you significantly restrict your added sugar intake, you do not have to give up sugar entirely if you prefer not to. I recommend keeping your intake to 24 grams (6 teaspoons) daily or less.


Q: What If I can't make it to a live class?

A: Each live meeting is recorded, so you can watch it conveniently.


Q: I'm a vegetarian/vegan/. Will this program work for me?

A: Yes.


Q: Do I have to give up meat?

A: No! Eating animal protein is encouraged.


Q: I'm on the carnivore diet. Will this work for me?

A: No. This particular method relies on abundant plant foods, so this may not be a good fit if you don't eat any vegetables or fruits.
